Front Desk Receptionist Location: Lake Forest, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hour, based on experience
Our client is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a people-facing role and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage day-to-day front desk operations
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and administrative activities
• Support scheduling and general office organization
• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks and paperwork
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Complete additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in office administration, reception, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and polished demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
