Key Responsibilities

• Provide all respiratory modalities across inpatient hospital areas, including medication delivery and pulmonary hygiene
• Perform and support ventilator management, both invasive and non-invasive, utilizing equipment such as the 980 ventilator, V60, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices
• Assist with intubation and participate in emergency response situations
• Collect and analyze arterial blood gases and administer hyperinflation therapy
• Transport critically ill patients with artificial airways within the facility
• Conduct home oxygen assessments and coordinate home oxygen services

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Respiratory Therapy license
• CRT or RRT credential required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Experience providing respiratory care to adult inpatient populations
• Ability to be present in-state for the full week of orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with 980 ventilator and V60 platforms
• Familiarity with critical care transport of patients with artificial airways
• Willingness to work every other weekend or additional weekend shifts as needed
