Sourcing Coordinator - Product - Los Angeles (Third-Party Associate)

About the Team and Role At TikTok, the Product and Design teams are at the forefront of the creator economy, building the future of live interactive entertainment. This role supports the Product and Design Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing hiring logistics, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and safeguarding data integrity in our applicant tracking system. Responsibilities Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across different departments, hiring managers, and time zones. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a world‑class candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy. Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. Support various hiring projects by helping to track candidate pipelines and ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process. Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media or technical forums. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry. A proactive, self‑starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. A passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Compensation This is a temporary 12‑month assignment with an hourly rate of $29 ‑ $48, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
