In this role, you'll not only execute dishes with precision and speed but also help lead the line, support kitchen organization, and set the standard for consistency and quality.The ideal candidate has strong experience on the line, knows how to stay cool under pressure, and is excited to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the line during service, ensuring quality, timing, and consistencyCook and plate dishes according to recipes, specs, and presentation standardsMaintain a clean and organized station at all timesAssist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and restocking during and after serviceWork closely with the kitchen manager and other cooks to ensure smooth operationUphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitationHelp train and mentor junior line cooks or prep team membersContribute to menu development, specials, and tastings when neededPerks of the Job:Great payFlexible schedulesGrowth opportunitiesWe are seeking experienced lead line cook with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our highly successful and growing restaurant company!Applicants must possess a passion for great food, hospitality and strong culinary skills.
