Teller Location: Bellevue Branch Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour Bring Your Passion for People to TENCU! As the face of our credit union, you'll create exceptional member experiences while assisting with financial transactions and helping members achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Deliver exceptional service to members in person and over the phone. Build positive relationships by identifying member needs and providing helpful solutions. Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Utilize technology and banking systems efficiently while adapting to new processes. Support branch operations through reliable attendance and teamwork. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of customer service and cash handling experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Financial institution experience preferred but not required.
