Teller-Temporary

Overview Tellers are an integral part of our front-line branch staff and provide our membership with exceptional member service through cross-selling products and services to promote financial wellness. Compensation: $17/hourly

Processing teller transactions and assisting members in person and by phone in compliance with state and federal guidelines; as well as internal policies/procedures.

Responsibilities include and supervision in alignment with branch goals, while delivering excellent member service and accurate processing.

Ability to assist members by telephone or in person in a professional and efficient manner.

Ability to learn and adhere to federal regulations, Credit Union policies, and procedures.

Average computer skills are required.

Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent

One year of cash handling/customer service experience

Experience working in a financial institution is

TRAVEL Employee may travel to assist branches on an irregular basis.
