Are you ready to kickstart your career in carpentry? We’re looking for a Carpenter Apprentice to join our growing team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience building and assembling modular housing components. Whether you’re framing walls, installing doors and windows, or contributing to on-site assemblies, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you’ll:

• Perform carpentry tasks in both a controlled factory environment and residential job sites.
• Assist with framing and assembling walls, floors, and roofs using standardized methods.
• Install doors, windows, subfloors, and sheathing, supporting structural and enclosure elements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are accurate, consistent, and ready for the next stage.
• Learn to read and interpret shop and construction drawings for precise builds and installations.
• Safely operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
• Basic understanding of framing, sheathing, and installation is beneficial.
• Comfortable reading drawings and measuring with precision.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools (or willing to learn).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
• A team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Primary work location: Our factory in Andover, MA.
• Physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.
• Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
