Dispatch Officer

Marksman Security Dispatcher – Part Time $20.00 per hour This is a Part Time role. Security Operations Center Experience is required. Job Location: Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC Dispatcher responsibility includes monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communications 24/7/365. Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns in a timely manner Ensure all rules and regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid state security license Previous dispatch experience required Minimum of one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) Ability to perform physical tasks such as crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
