This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail oriented, and excited to learn how marketing teams operate behind the scenes.What You're Good At:Support social channels across C4, Cellucor, and XTEND on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeReview Opal regularly to ensure social calendars are complete, accurate, and not missing required information (copy, links, assets, tags, or timelines)Own frequent hygiene checks across all social channels; ensuring links, images, CTAs, playlists, etc are in working orderHelp with ordering, organizing, and tracking merchandise inventoryAssist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and product availabilitySupport merchandising projects by sorting, labeling, and preparing productsHelp keep the HQ store area organized and presentation‑readyAssist with organizing and tracking contracts and release formsHelp maintain accurate records and status tracking for documentationSupport the team by ensuring files are properly stored and up to dateAssist with team tasks, scheduling support, and internal organizationHelp coordinate team outings, meetings, or small logistics as neededProvide general administrative support to help the team stay organizedWhat You Contribute:Internship or early‑career experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlinesFamiliarity with social media platforms and content calendarsComfortable working with trackers, shared documents, and organization toolsInterest in brand merchandising, store experiences, and product availabilityWhy Nutrabolt?Wellness BenefitsNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.Lifestyle PerksWe offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
