Bilingual Call Center Representative

Stratford Solutions is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative who can deliver compassionate, high-quality service in English and Spanish. This full-time contract role requires handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
