Residential Architectural Designer

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our residential team in Portsmouth, NH. Essential Job Responsibilities Utilize architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria to evaluate and make judgements on modifications Conduct cross-checking of information prior to dissemination Prioritize and understand the order of importance of tasks with instruction Assist in developing detailed plans, sections, elevations, door schedules, wall sections, and miscellaneous details as required for a complete set of CDs Evaluate and research code issues in production of CDs Ability to coordinate a set of drawings through all phases Ability to take directions and apply critical thinking to all tasks Prepare project renderings, graphics and presentations following project manager’s guidance Prepare reports and specifications as requested and review by direct manager.
