Business Process Architect (Record to Report) | Location: Portsmouth, NH, USA Overview As a Business Process Architect (Record to Report), you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing global finance processes as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and standardized solutions that support strong business performance and decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver standardized solutions. Lead process design activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting outcomes. Support system integration across finance and related business functions. Contribute to testing, data validation, and implementation activities. Support change management and training to enable successful adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Extensive experience in Record-to-Report processes within a global organization. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems. Proven ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working in cross-functional and international teams. Professional accounting or SAP certification is an advantage.
