Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at the rehabilitation hospital in Little Rock, AR. This role involves delivering comprehensive care to adult patients who are recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other medically complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and recovery.
• Document all relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care.
• Promote a faith-based, patient-centered culture that prioritizes safety, respect, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
