Location: Peoria, IL Responsibilities Respond to all sales appointments and conduct in-home product demonstrations of Windows, Siding, & Doors. Maximize the conversion of leads to sales Ownership of the Customer through coordination with Feldco’s Call Center, Finance & Fulfillment departments Utilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers Aim to achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics standards Ensure an exceptional and delightful experience for all Feldco customers Additional Information Base salary and lucrative commission structure Average total compensation over $80,000 per year 25% of Outside Sales Representatives earning $100,000-$200,000 per year Benefits - (Medical, Dental, Vision, Vol Life, STD, LTD, 401 K, and Paid Time Off) Career Advancement Qualifications Respond to all sales appointments and conduct in-home product demonstrations of Windows, Siding, & Doors.
