Conduct a range of clinical lab testsencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.

Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for evaluation as needed.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new colleagues and students, and help uphold the highest standards of lab quality.

Ensure a clean and secure working environment, observing all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent relevant degree coupled with training to prepare for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within your first year of employment. Keep certification current throughout your career with us.

Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with diverse healthcare professionals.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documentation and quality control.
