Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications NIHSS. Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical ICU (MICU) in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment MIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with hemodynamic lines is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with proning is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with ventilator management is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with telemetry is required.
• Additional Confirmations Strong critical thinking and assessment skills are required.
• Additional Confirmations Working well in a team setting is required.
• Additional Confirmations Comfortability in a fast-paced setting with all critical patients is required.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 100.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
