Position Title Enterprise Testing Office Test Supervisor (UI Web) – Information Technology Supervisor II Salary $8,504.00 – $11,395.00 per month Location Sacramento County, Sacramento, CA; Hybrid telework (in‑office days at 1416 9th Street) Department The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments and provides services to job seekers and employers. Job Description and Duties This position reports to the Enterprise Testing Office Section IT Manager I and directs the activities of a testing unit within the Enterprise Testing Office. The unit supports and enhances EDD’s automated systems through functional testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and automation testing. Responsibilities include maintaining complex test environments, managing critical data mining and encryption functions, guiding staff, promoting consistent testing practices, and collaborating with project and technical partners to meet deadlines. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Experience leading and supporting testing teams Ability to coordinate effectively with project and technical partners and apply sound judgment in a fast‑moving environment Telework This position is eligible for telework under the EDD telework policy, with the amount of telework at the discretion of the department.
