Direct Support Professional I
Direct Support Professional (DSP) ASPiRE!, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Provide direct support to individuals served, assisting with personal care activities, fostering independence, and contributing to their overall well-being in a safe and engaging environment.
Pay: $20.50/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30a-3:30p

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support aligned with individual Plans of Care.
- Assist participants with personal care needs such as dining, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to implement positive behavioral supports.
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate group and individual activities.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy program environment.
- Transport participants as assigned, including stepping in to drive when needed.
- Foster growth and independence by teaching skills, encouraging choices, and respecting individuality.
- Maintain participant privacy, dignity, and cultural appropriateness in all interactions.
Qualifications:
