Direct Support Professional Supervisor

Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule: Sunday 7a-3p, Thursday 3p-11p, Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 7a-11p

We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential setting. This role blends hands-on support, team leadership, and clinical awareness in a highly meaningful environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while working in ratio
• Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu
• Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day
• Coach, guide, and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism
• Monitor daily programming and intervene proactively to prevent crisis
• Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans
• Support daily operations including meals, chores, and unit upkeep
• Use CPI-approved de-escalation strategies; physical intervention only when necessary
• Serve as an essential employee and respond during emergencies as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required
• Standard driver's license class C or class D
• 1 3 years of related experience
