Project Manager III

Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Project Manager III. Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in project management, biospecimen management, laboratory operations, clinical research, or biobanking. Responsibilities Serve as the project manager for biospecimen orders from initiation through fulfillment. Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and priorities for multiple concurrent biospecimen requests. Proactively track deliverables, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed to ensure on-time execution. Document project activities, decisions, issues, corrective actions, and resolutions to ensure transparency and traceability. Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding biospecimen order status, requirements, and delivery timelines. Coordinate closely with external biorepository vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of biospecimen requests. Support shipment of biospecimens from local facilities in accordance with applicable procedures and shipping requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Clinical Research, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, biospecimen management, laboratory operations, clinical research, or biobanking. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
