Analyzing financial results, adjusting strategies, and making data-driven decisions to enhance business performance and achieve KPIs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative product offerings, improve customer experiences, and drive market penetration. Setting and adjusting pricing strategies based on market insights, cost factors, and competitive positioning. Leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Several years of experience in senior leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of growing businesses and improving financial outcomes. Strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and P&L responsibility. Expertise in driving growth through successful execution of commercial and operational strategies. Deep knowledge of the food and beverage market, including trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory considerations. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and performance.
