As a crew person, you may be responsible for:

• Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Preparing all of McDonald's world famous food
• Operating deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Maintaining health and sanitation across the work areas
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Ensuring safety standards are maintained
• Other tasks as directed by management.
