Seeking an Engineering Designer for a position in Gallipolis, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing electrical components. Collaboration with various teams is essential to produce innovative solutions that meet performance, efficiency, and reliability standards.

• Generate detailed designs for electrical components.
• Produce prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance metrics like efficiency, torque, and durability.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and meet industry standards.
• Create technical documentation for designs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize designs for increased efficiency, reduced weight, and decreased production costs.
• Ensure designs adhere to applicable industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Handle multiple design projects concurrently.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 1-6 years of design engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient in CAD software.
