Job Details

. Own enterprise brand partnerships as the primary point of contact, setting cadence and managing stakeholder expectations with confidence.
. Build and execute multi quarter growth strategies across assortment, promotions, affiliates, livestream, and paid media alignment.
. Lead go to market planning for major launches and campaigns.
. Monitor key performance metrics and use data to guide strategy in real time. Deliver executive ready reporting and recommendations.
. Partner cross functionally with internal teams to unblock issues and drive results. Lead and develop team members, setting priorities and building scalable processes.

Qualifications

. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or brand management required, with hands on exposure to platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
. Direct TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus. Platform, brand, or agency background preferred, along with experience managing complex, multi stakeholder client relationships.
. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required, including experience delivering C-suite ready insights. Affiliate and creator partnership experience is a strong advantage.
. Highly organized, data driven, and comfortable owning multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
