Mental Health Clinician

Cultivate Care Farms is seeking passionate and dedicated full time & fee for service clinicians to join our innovative Farm-Based Therapy team! Due to the expansion of our business and a long waitlist of clients, we're looking for experienced mental health professionals to help us continue our mission of empowering clients through unique therapeutic experiences on our farm. The Role As a Clinician at Cultivate Care Farms, you'll have the opportunity to: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a unique setting Complete a minimum of 25 sessions per week (for full time) Incorporate animals, nature, and hands-on activities into your therapeutic approach Work with children, primarily ages 5-18, to address a variety of mental health and behavioral concerns Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of clinicians and farm staff Support with planning and executing community events on a biannual basis Contribute to the development of our innovative Farm-Based Therapy model Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field required Current Massachusetts licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents Passion for alternative therapeutic approaches and nature-based interventions Comfort working in an outdoor environment in all New England weather and interacting with various types of farm animals Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent time management skills and ability to complete documentation by specified deadlines Availability to work afternoons and evenings during weekdays (Mon-Fri), with an occasional weekend day for events Why Join Us?
