Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

opportunity with a leading

Am Law 200 firm in Dallas

. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in sophisticated

commercial disputes, business litigation, and complex civil litigation

while gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure. Ideal Background

•

2–6 years

of commercial litigation or complex business litigation experience • Experience handling sophisticated

contract disputes, business torts, corporate disputes, and other complex commercial matters • Experience practicing in

state and federal courts • Strong experience drafting

pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents • Experience taking and defending

depositions

and working with fact and expert witnesses • Experience managing written discovery, document production, and other aspects of complex litigation • Experience with

hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation • Ability to independently manage significant portions of matters while collaborating with partners and clients • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills • Excellent client service and communication skills • Strong academic credentials •

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required •

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity
