Job Title: Event Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Media with pay ranging from 60K-70K. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of events from start to finish
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
Manage event budgets and timelines
Negotiate contracts and agreements with event partners
Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual setup
Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting
Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in event planning and management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
