Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager

About the Role In the role of Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to lead, direct, develop and market projects involving the planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will also: Direct project staff and act as project director or manager, involved in marketing and proposal planning. Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering, collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos and public forums; lead production of design calculations and technical reports; and prepare engineering plans and specifications for design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities. Design/build experience desirable. Possess strong oral and written communication and listening skills, leadership and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications PE strongly preferred. Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management. Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities. Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments. Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams. Strong oral and written communication and listening skills, leadership and organizational skills. Experience handling multiple assignments. Design/build experience desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Master’s Degree. PMP certification. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field. 10 years related experience. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software. Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (written and verbal). The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions.
