Typical Day in the Role Work through a WIP of provider submitted updates.  Analyze, make recommendations and submit in multiple systems.  Audit large data sets for errors and ensure data accuracy of our online provider Directory.  Process and triage provider emails  Quality and productions standards.  Perform trend analysis & error detection Make recommendations based on findings Candidate Requirements 1-2 years Provider Data Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment. Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred. Additional qualities to look for: Experience working with data from external systems or databases using SQL is a plus but not required  

Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance 1Excel, Looking for experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.  2 Healthcare experience  3Data analytics  Type of Interviews: Teams
