In this contract position, you will contribute to a supportive educational setting, helping students achieve their fullest potential through individualized occupational therapy interventions. This position offers 12 hours per week near Hamilton, OH, with the option to combine hours with an additional 8-hour assignment in a nearby Cincinnati location, creating a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Ohio OT license or, for COTAs, appropriate state certification and ability to work under supervision
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school or pediatric setting highly desired
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to making a difference in students’ daily lives
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy to students, focusing on improving fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school staff to support student growth
