You will own how Intact identifies, attracts and wins the people who will build its next chapter, and you will shape how we hire while we are still defining what great looks like. Shape and own Intact’s international talent acquisition strategy for the capabilities our transformation depends on Derive concrete role profiles, scorecards and assessment processes from our target operating model, together with our functional leaders Run international active sourcing for specialist and expert positions, across borders Own and continuously improve the full recruitment lifecycle across your functions and regions Partner with hiring managers as both coach and challenger Map global talent pools, track labor market trends and compensation benchmarks, and find where our best candidates actually are Turn talent intelligence into organizational input Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels beyond traditional platforms Define and track the metrics that matter, from quality of hire to time-to-productivity Use AI deliberately across sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement Build employer branding that matches the experience people actually have once they join ARE YOU THE ONE? Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, a related field, or a comparable practical background 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring exceptional Product, Engineering, Data & AI talent (other functions too) Deep understanding of modern Product & Technology organizations and roles: you know what distinguishes a strong Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Engineer, Engineering Leader, Data Engineer or Applied AI/ML profile, and how to recognize seniority and quality Experience in competitive international talent markets, not primarily local ones, and the ability to win strong candidates for a company of our size The ability to build new capabilities rather than fill vacancies: translating target role profiles into scorecards and assessment processes together with functional leaders Evidence-based assessment of craft excellence: structured interviews, work samples and clear assessment criteria Strong interest in leveraging AI to improve talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate engagement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and to move fast once the evidence is there Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken WHY US?
