직책: Quality Manager (품질 매니저)포지션 성격:조지아 공장 품질 부서 총괄 및 고객사/협력사 품질 대응 관리
2. 주요 업무 (Responsibilities)품질 시스템 총괄:IATF 16949 기반 품질 관리 시스템 운영, 유지 및 개선
- 객 품질 대응 (Customer Quality):현대·기아 및 글로벌 완성차 고객사 품질 이슈 총괄, 8D Report 검토 및 Corrective Action 관리
- 정 및 협력사 품질 관리:생산 공정 불량 원인 분석, KPI 관리, 원자재 및 부품 협력사 품질 평가/개선 지도
언어:한국어 및 영어 능력 필수 (고객사, 현지 직원 및 글로벌 법인 소통)
전문성:IATF 16949,APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA 등 자동차 품질 시스템에 대한 깊은 이해 역량:8D Report 기반 고객 대응 경험 및 부서 관리 리더십 보유자 우대4. 근무 조건 및 급여
근무지:Dublin, GA급여:$100,000 (경력 및 역량에 따라 협의 가능)
