Restaurant Senior Benefits Specialist

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday Our client, an established organization in Addison, is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance its employee benefits programs. This is a confidential search. What You'll Do Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) and other benefit programs Lead annual open enrollment, including planning, employee communications and system updates Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, issues and escalations Partner with carriers, brokers and third-party administrators to resolve claims and eligibility issues Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations and COBRA Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accurate payroll deductions Maintain compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and other applicable regulations Support leave of absence administration and coordinate with payroll and HR Assist with annual renewals, plan analysis and non-discrimination testing Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication and the employee benefits experience What You Bring 3-5 years of benefits administration experience Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA Experience managing open enrollment and working directly with carriers and brokers Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms, plus strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain benefits clearly to employees at all levels Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred CEBS, SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus Schedule Day shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Why Apply Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to take ownership of benefits programs in a stable, growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Self Opportunity
