• Work scheduled clinical hours with on-call duties during the night.
• Manage a patient load of 15 to 20 individuals per shift.
• Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Maintain a 1:1 call ratio, responding to beeper calls within 30 minutes.
• Perform arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures.
• Demonstrate skills in joint revision or repair.
• Conduct tendon release and repair operations.
• Participate in both patient rounding and admissions.
