Regional Business Development Manager

Location: North Carolina

ISC's team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with an established, family-owned leader in the fresh produce and agriculture industry that is seeking experienced Regional Business Development Managers to drive profitable growth, expand key customer relationships, and develop new business across assigned territories.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, and working independently in a highly customer-focused environment.

Regional Business Development Manager - What You'll Do

·        Drive regional sales growth through new business and account expansion.

·        Grow customer partnerships across retail, distribution, foodservice, and produce channels.

·        Build a strong pipeline through prospecting and market development.

·        Manage sales targets, forecasts, reporting, and CRM activity.

·        Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify opportunities.

·        Partner with internal teams and represent the organization at customer and industry events.

Regional Business Development Manager - What We're Looking For

·        5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.

·        Proven success meeting sales goals and growing customer relationships.

·        Strong B2B sales experience.

·        Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

·        Solid business acumen in pricing, margins, forecasting, and market trends.

·        Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

·        Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

·        Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.

Regional Business Development Manager - Preferred Experience

·        Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

·        Fresh produce, agriculture, foodservice, grocery, or related industry experience.

·        Experience selling to retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, or produce partners.

·        Knowledge of produce, seasonality, supply capabilities, and purchasing cycles.

·        Experience with customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Regional Business Development Manager - The Ideal Candidate

Self-motivated, results-driven, organized, and collaborative, with a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Regional Business Development Manager - Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000 DOE

Bonus: $10,000+ with no cap, based on performance
