We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care during surgical procedures.Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments before, during, and after surgical procedures.\n Deliver competent and appropriate nursing care, demonstrating proficiency in clinical skills and emergency procedures.\n Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation, ensuring adherence to guidelines and HIPAA standards.\n Promote patient and family-centered care, fostering a cooperative environment within the patient care team.\n Ensure patient safety by following National Patient Safety Goals and utilizing safe transfer techniques.\n Provide individualized patient care, particularly in the perioperative setting, assessing reactions and understanding of procedures.\n Contribute to the surgical team, prioritizing patient care based on needs and condition changes.\n Engage patients and families in educational activities, performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments.\n Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) orders for appropriateness.\n Requirements\n \n Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.\n Current RN License.\n ACLS Certification – Required.\n BLS Certification – Required.\n NRP Certification – Required.\n Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.\n Associate's or Bachelor's Degree – Preferred.\n \n \n WCS Healthcare Partners Job ID #26-09350.
