Inventory Associate

Are you detail-oriented, accurate with numbers, and love keeping things organized? We are looking for a motivated Inventory Associate / Cycle Counter to join our dynamic warehouse team in Downingtown, PA! In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our supply chain operations running smoothly by performing daily cycle counts, auditing physical stock, tracing inventory discrepancies, and utilizing RF scanners and WMS tools. What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or cycle counting experience
• Comfort with RF scan guns, basic math, and inventory management systems
• Forklift / material handling equipment experience is a plus
• problem-solving skills and a high commitment to workplace safety

Responsibilities

The Inventory Associate monitors, audits, and reconciles raw materials and finished goods inventory across facility locations. Operating primarily through routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and system tracking, this role ensures high data accuracy, identifies root causes for discrepancies, and minimizes inventory errors within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
