What You’ll Do:
- Lead and review complex business tax engagements, ensuring technical excellence and accuracy.
- Prepare returns and delegate tasks to empower your team and streamline deliverables.
- Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, helping them plan for what’s next, not just what’s now.
- Offer strategic tax consulting, projections, and planning advice that brings clarity and value.
- Mentor staff, helping them gain the confidence, skills, and mindset to take their careers to the next level.
What You Bring:
- CPA license and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- 3 – 7 years in public accounting, with at least a year leading or supervising others.
- Confidence in your technical tax skills and a passion for developing people and client relationships.
- Familiarity with modern tax software and a desire to work smarter, not just harder.
