Job Title: Estate, Vintage and Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt Position Summary Eiseman Jewels is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and client-focused Estate, Vintage and Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for estate and vintage fine jewelry and Swiss timepieces, strong sales acumen, and the ability to provide white‑glove service to a discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized, consultative service to clients, guiding them through our estate jewelry selections. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships by building trust and loyalty. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals. Successfully style and personalize jewelry to your client’s personality and preferences. Accurately present product knowledge, including craftsmanship, brand heritage, and technical details of fine timepieces and jewelry. Proactively follow up with clients regarding repairs, special orders, new arrivals, and upcoming events. This is a clienteling position – not transactional process. Establish yourself as the professional opinion for your clients to follow. Brand & Product Expertise Maintain a high level of knowledge on all brands carried and the market value of various brands. Have a passion and knowledge of vintage and estate jewelry – understand prominence. Have the ability to style contemporary with vintage jewelry. Fulfill all training applications and tasks with brands – have a 100% course completion rate. Stay informed on industry trends, new collections, and product features. Support the visual presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom – take pride in styling the store. Represent our brands with respect, knowledge, and passion. Educate client and fellow team members of acquisitions and interest in making acquisitions. Operational Support Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions, client information, and special orders. Coordinate with the operations and service teams for repairs, sizing, and custom orders. Assist in inventory management, inventory audits, pulling and putting out product, and store organization as needed. Events & Client Development Support in‑store and off‑site client events by engaging guests, assisting with product presentations, and representing the Eiseman brand. Regularly host clients at company events – not hosting clients is not an option. Network with new and existing clients through referrals, events, and community involvement. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or timepieces. Previous experience with Swiss watch brands or GIA certification is a plus. Estate Jewelry experience – knowledgeable on trends and product history. Skills & Attributes Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a luxury or high‑value environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with discerning clientele. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with POS and CRM systems preferred. Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced retail environment. Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and commitment to confidentiality. Performance Goals Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
