We are currently hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Meridian, ID. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable, full-time work with consistent hours and opportunities for growth. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• C Shift: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift

• B Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• D Shift: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Support production and manufacturing operations
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect products for quality
• Package finished products for shipment
• Operate hand tools and production equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and production standards
• Assist in various areas of the facility as needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working throughout the shift
• Steel-toed boots required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a Contract position based out of Meridian, ID.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
