Legal Receptionist

Varela, Lee, Metz & Guarino LLP (VLMG) is a dynamic law firm founded in 2014 with offices in Tysons Corner, Virginia, Oakland, California and Seattle, Washington. Specializing in representing a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry, VLMG has extensive experience handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution for various projects, including civil, industrial, power, commercial, and government sectors. VLMG is looking to hire an entry level legal receptionist in our Tysons Corner office. This is a Monday - Friday on-site position (40 hours/week). We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Role Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately. Manage conference room calendars and ensure meeting spaces are fully stocked and client-ready. Maintain kitchen and supply room inventory and organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for various outside vendors. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and legal correspondence. Provide occasional administrative support as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment independently. Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
