Retail Territory Manager - Dallas, TX - Field Based The Job: You will manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts (or a combination of these accounts) in the Dallas, TX market. You will be responsible for daily retail account visits and for managing your retail accounts. You will analyze metrics in SalesForce, Power BI and ShowPad to strategically map out your customer routing schedule. You will drive top‑line sales to deliver quarterly and annual POS goals. Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with their retail goals. Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to develop individualized store and territory plans. Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities. Drive execution strategy based on trends and SKU‑level detail from Power BI and SalesForce. Sell in and execute national event activations to drive sales and market share, and develop local territory activations. Implement national overdrive strategies to promote product sell‑through and identify opportunity‑specific actions. Engage store and district key decision makers with identified initiatives and customized implementations. Partner with retail service partners for monthly district meetings and quality walks to assess service accountability. Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and create sales plans to close those gaps. Drive effective inventory management and retailer‑specific order writing, and develop exit strategies for special buy promotions. Establish and maintain relationships with professional end‑users (Pro) through product and service solutions and job‑site blitzes. Execute monthly job‑site visits aligned with retailers’ pro strategies to deliver product training and new‑product seeding. Effectively manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tool, etc.) to drive profitability. Qualifications: 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer goods industry. Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8‑10 days/year). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods. Proficient in analyzing Power BI and SalesForce data to develop growth plans. Knowledge of IT business systems (e.g., BW, Salesforce.com, ToolCommerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must pass a drug test and motor vehicle records check. Compensation: The total target cash compensation range for this position is $56,000.00 – $90,200.00 . The role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission, and the range reflects base salary plus target variable cash compensation.
