Applicants must have an M.D.or equivalent degree. ABIM or ABFM certification and GeriatricMedicine certification/eligibility is required. Teaching responsibilities may include training medical students,residents, and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100credits per year of active and high-quality teaching. Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient care on a geriatricco-management/consultative service and Acute Care of the EldersUnit.
