Customer Service Manager

About the Role S&G Carpet and More is seeking a new Customer Service Manager for the South Bay! S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. As a Customer Service Manager, you will help ensure that S&G continues to set that industry standard. As a Customer Service Manager, you will visit job site locations to help troubleshoot day‑of‑installation problems, work to ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer, and diagnose/resolve any customer concerns that might arise through service tickets. This is a salaried (exempt) position based out of Santa Clara, but this role will service the greater Santa Clara County area. Flooring is a growing $15.5 billion per year industry with opportunity for career advancement. S&G Carpet and More is the leading floor covering retailer in Northern California with a reputation for high quality products, expert installation, and amazing customer service. Schedule M–F, though some weekend work will be required on occasion Compensation $79,000 to $85,000 per year base salary, plus bonus.
