Join a leading regional insurance agency as they expand in the Houston area. This is a new role due to growth, and we're looking for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a select market segment. In this role, you will manage and service commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service select commercial accounts, working closely with producers and team members to manage both new and renewal processes, as well as ongoing account maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client inquiries and meeting their insurance needs.
- Apply your deep understanding of insurance coverages and concepts to manage client accounts effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in Commercial Lines with an insurance agency.
- Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles.
- Strong grasp of insurance coverages and industry concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
