Senior Accountant

DescriptionOur client, a large, stable division of a national leader in their industry, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will be responsible for performing all accounting functions including general ledger entries, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, forecasting, costing files, and assisting with the annual budget. Additional duties include monthly balancing, inventory management, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions.This critical role will lead the month-end close process and will be an integral part in the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies, controlling and improving systems.
