Chase Wealth Management Product Manager VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Vice President-level Product Manager with the ability to lead a major delivery agenda across a complex, multi-workstream environment.
• We need experience driving execution across business, technology, data, reporting, and control partners with strong cross-functional coordination.
• We value proven capability in defining requirements, setting acceptance criteria, and aligning scope, priorities, and success measures with stakeholders.
• We expect hands-on experience leading delivery through sprint planning, development, testing/UAT, release preparation, cutover planning, and post-release stabilization.
• We seek strong issue, risk, and escalation management skills, along with clear stakeholder communication and decision tracking.
• Experience supporting large-scale financial services programs and operating in advisor servicing, wealth management, or related environments is highly relevant.

• We own a key part of the Managed Account Servicing delivery roadmap across Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and International Private Bank.
• We lead autonomous, VP-level delivery for multiple high-visibility initiatives, including UMA-related work, transition expansion, Phase In, Service Global Ops model efforts, and GSTP automation.
• We manage end-to-end workstream delivery across several teams, covering delivery strategy, operating rhythm, governance, and integrated planning.
• We build and maintain a coordinated plan spanning business, technology, data, reporting, and controls, while managing dependencies, sequencing, and critical-path milestones.
• We define requirements and acceptance criteria with product, technology, operations, and control partners.
• We guide execution through sprint planning, development, testing, UAT, release readiness, cutover activities as needed, and post-release stabilization.
• We ensure production readiness and delivery quality by managing risks and issues, maintaining escalation routes, documenting decisions, and communicating with stakeholders.
• We provide leadership coverage and continuity for Servicing team leads.
• We support large-scale programs across Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and International Private Bank, including advisor workflows, account migration, client communications, and strategic platform expansion.
