This is a highly visible role that combines event coordination, team scheduling, field support, and operational planning to help ensure our marketing events run smoothly and successfully.If you enjoy working with people, coordinating moving parts, and spending more time in the field than behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Community Events Manager, you'll work closely with our Non-Traditional Marketing team, with a primary focus on community events and promotional opportunities throughout the territory.You'll help prepare for events, coordinate logistics, support staffing efforts, and ensure our Brand Ambassadors have everything they need to create an outstanding experience for potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work.What You'll DoEvent Planning & CoordinationHelp prepare for community events, trade shows, festivals, and other marketing opportunities.Coordinate event logistics to ensure successful execution.Assist with event scheduling and planning activities.Monitor event readiness and proactively address potential issues.Field Operations SupportWork closely with the logistics team to ensure all event materials, displays, and equipment are delivered, set up, and removed properly.Conduct regular event visits to support team members and ensure high-quality execution.Serve as a key resource for field staff before, during, and after events.Team Scheduling & SupportAssist with scheduling Brand Ambassadors for events and promotional activities.Ensure events are appropriately staffed based on attendance and business needs.Communicate event details and expectations to team members.Marketing Team CollaborationPartner closely with the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.Support recruiting and interviewing efforts when event activity allows.Help identify opportunities to improve event execution, processes, and overall performance.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience coordinating events, field marketing programs, promotions, or related activities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, or field operations is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules.Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field rather than in a traditional office setting.Familiarity with budgets, reporting, auditing, or event expense tracking is a plus.CompensationBase Salary + Performance BonusExpected Annual Earnings: $55,000 - $75,000Why Join Renewal by Andersen?Competitive compensation with bonus opportunityIndustry-leading brand and reputationOpportunities for career growth and advancementCollaborative and supportive leadership teamDynamic work environment with variety and flexibilityThe opportunity to make a direct impact on business growthIf you're passionate about events, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a growing organization, we'd love to connect with you.Apply today and help create exceptional event experiences that drive results for Renewal by Andersen.
