Calls may include questions related to healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks.You will manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems, actively listening, and providing clear, accurate information. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.RequirementsWe're looking for team members who have a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the ability to provide effective solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have:Previous customer service and/or call center experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong typing and keyboarding skillsAbility to multitask and navigate multiple systemsStrong problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma, GED, or college degreeExperience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)Ability to successfully complete a paid training programMust pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/routerKey DutiesAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with benefit-related inquiriesProvide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit optionsNavigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiencyMaintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactionsMeet performance, quality, and attendance standardsFollow all company policies and proceduresDue to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
