Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Merchantville, NJ Area (100% Fully Onsite) Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00+ / hour (Temporary Contract through Year-End) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end talent acquisition for office professionals, non-union managers, and key corporate functions (finance, administration, sales leadership, and operations). Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer delivery, and ATS management. Requisition Management: Comfortably balance 7–8 active requisitions simultaneously, with the capacity to scale up to 13–14 during peak seasonal hiring periods. Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with cross-state business leaders to establish sourcing strategies, align on selection criteria, and deliver regular, data-driven pipeline updates. Onboarding & Experience: Oversee pre-employment logistics—including background checks, reference processing, and drug screening coordination to deliver a seamless candidate experience. What You Bring Experience: Solid, proven full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting background Multi-Site/Multi-State Hiring: Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring talent across multiple states simultaneously Technical & Systems Expertise: High proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (Dayforce experience is a major plus). Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; active HR/Recruiting certifications (SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
